We have two silver level vibroplates one, the crazyfit (minimum of 1000w) would have a slightly stronger motor than the bronze level and we also have a small but strong compact option for those in which space would be an issue. These vibro plates would work for weight loss and also can be used on higher levels if you wish to tone up. These machines do increase your overall well being by boosting the metabolism and improving circulation.

The main difference between the crazyfit and compact vibroplates in this category are the handle bars. The bars are for stability only however, without them you have more freedom to do more floor exercise on your plate.
