This recumbent bike has a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel and 20 different digital resistance levels. The LCD console displays continuous exercise feedback. The console features an iFit training mode that allows your console to communicate with the wireless network through the iFit Live module. (needs to be purchased separately) There are 24 pre-set programmes to choose from, including 12 hill climbing and 12 interval workouts.

The LCD monitor provides feedback on calories burnt, distance, profile, pulse, resistance, speed, target speed meter, time and watts. The console features an iFit training mode that allows your console to communicate with the wireless network through the iFit Live module. With the iFit Live mode, you can download personalized workouts, create your own workouts, track your workout results, and access many other features. You can also connect your MP3 player or CD player to the console sound system and listen to your favourite music while you are exercising.
