What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is 4 weeks.
How does the contract work?
The contract begins on the day of delivery, and is based on a 4 - week basis, if you commit to a longer term, hire rates will be reduced.
What is a week?
A week is 7 consecutive days including Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
When do I pay for the equipment I hire?
For online purchases / hires payment can be made through our website via our secure payment section. Alternatively you may pay by card, cash or cheque (with cheque guarantee card) on delivery. For your convenience and security our drivers will have a hand held chip and pin for card payments.
I haven't exercised for a while, what do you recommend?
We always recommend that customers consult their doctor as a precautionary measure before undertaking any physical exercise. Tone@Home staff are unable to give fitness / medical advice.
How long will delivery take?
How long will delivery take?
We will arrange a delivery day, and time to suit you. We usually deliver machines within 24hrs - 48hrs where at all possible.
Where do you deliver fitness equipment for hire to?
We deliver fitness equipment for hire almost Nationwide using our own vehicles and the machines are delivered by Tone At Home trained staff.

We deliver fitness equipment for sale Nationwide. Please purchase through our secure online shop, or contact us.
Do you have any Safety Checks?
Yes every piece of equipment is thoroughly electrically checked prior to delivery. Our fully qualified technicians give a fully safety check including P.A.T Testing equipment to ensure electrical safety of all machines. All our machines are cleaned using anti-bacterial spray before every hire. Upon delivery our drivers will demonstrate how to use the machine on delivery.
How do I return the equipment I've hired?
If you wish to return equipment before the end of your hire period, just give us a call and and we'll arrange collection.
Is the equipment insured for loss or damage?
Tone at Home fitness equipment is only insured at our premises and in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that your own household insurance covers the equipment for any loss or damage, whilst the equipment is in your possession.
If I love the machine so much, can I buy it?
If you contact Tone at Home anytime during the hire, we will give you a quote to buy the machine, taking into account any hire fees already paid. Subject to availability.
Can I buy a new machine?
Yes, use our secure online shop, or contact us, and we will supply a new machine to you anywhere in the country!
What do I need to provide to hire a machine?
We will need to see a passport or drivers licence and proof of address, a current utility bill dated within the last 3 months. Our driver will take a copy of these for our security and files.
