Any orders made online by you shall be deemed to constitute an offer to purchase. While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, Tone at Home cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the site. Tone at Home will revert to you with confirmation within one working day to secure your purchase and arrange delivery.

Tone at Home reserves the right to discontinue the sale or hire of any goods and service listed on the site without notice. Promotional offers / certain goods and services may not be available from all Tone at Home branches; certain branches may do their own offers and promotions at any given time.
