Sales

Tone at Home will not accept return of sold goods unless it is defective. If you have an issue with your Tone at Home machine we will endeavour to collect it from you asap (usually within 24-48 hours) and repair or replace. Please call our office on Call: 1890 99 89 79 or email info@tone-at-home.ie where our staff will be happy to assist you as promptly as possible.

Hire

If you have an issue with a machine hired from Tone at Home please call 1890 99 89 79 or email info@tone-at-home.ie and we’ll arrange for the machine to be swapped out as soon as possible. Any time lost on your hire due to a defective machine will be added on to the end of your hire period.

Warranty

Tone at Home will guarantee any of our machines (bought new) for 12 months from the time of purchase. Any ex hire or second hand machines purchased would generally have a 6 month guarantee. This is however at the discretion of the franchisee in your area and dependant on the age of machine or length of time it’s been on hire. This will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase.

  Back orders

Whilst we always try to have a completely accurate site and always carry a large stock of machines, however there may be occasion when the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock in your area. We will of course immediately notify you of this by phone or email and if this occurs we will offer you three choices:

• If you wish to proceed with the order we will place an urgent order (where possible) with our suppliers and deliver it to you immediately on receipt.
• We will offer you the nearest possible alternative we do have in stock.
• If you wish to have a refund we will process this immediately through your credit/debit card.
