Tone at Home will not accept return of sold goods unless it is defective. If you have an issue with your Tone at Home machine we will endeavour to collect it from you asap (usually within 24-48 hours) and repair or replace. Please select your area from the ‘contact us’ page where our staff will be happy to assist you as promptly as possible.
If you have an issue with a machine hired from Tone at Home please select your area from the ‘contact us’ page and we’ll arrange for the machine to be swapped out as soon as possible. Any time lost on your hire due to a defective machine will be added on to the end of your hire period.
